This winter 2025, we had the immense honor of being selected by UFC Que Choisir as the best champagne of the year. “Our jury was truly captivated by this exceptionally high-quality beverage.” Being featured in the magazine was a tremendous recognition of our work and resulted in an unprecedented surge in orders.
Thank you for this 2024 harvest
Although it's been a challenging year, thanks to our hard work we've managed to get the best from our vines, and we hope, from our grapes! This harvest has been a new step for our estate, as, just like in the good old days, we've hired our own team of grape pickers! And they were all fantastic! Thank you for your hard work, your smiles, and your laughter!

We had the immense honor of being invited to participate in the Christmas Fashion by Isetan trade show in Tokyo in 2024. This was an opportunity to showcase our champagnes, meet new sparkling wine enthusiasts, and discover the magnificent country of Japan! This partnership continues to this day.
Our 4 first wines
We are pleased to officially present our champagnes:
- L'Unique Brut, a refined champagne with floral and fruity aromas, ideal for all occasions.
- Rencontre, a gastronomic cuvée aged entirely in oak barrels, with notes of citrus and pastries.
- Émulsion Rosé, a flavorful and complex rosé for elegant evenings.
- Souplesse, a generous and subtle pure Meunier wine with sweet notes of candied yellow fruits and spices.

- Terroir : Vieilles vignes exposées plein sud, offrant nos meilleurs raisins
- Millésime : 2021
- Élevage : Une longue macération suivie de 3 ans en fût de chêne, pour un vin d’exception.

A few months ago, you discovered our 100% Meunier "Souplesse" and you loved it! But did you know that two other wines are still slowly maturing in our cellars? Our 100% Chardonnay "Fraîcheur" and our 100% Pinot Noir "Structure" will be ready in June!
Winner of the Young Talents of Champagne competition
We are delighted to announce that we are a winner of the 2023 Young Talent Champagne competition. Our Émulsion rosé cuvée impressed the jury in the red meat category.
