In the heart of the Massif de Saint-Thierry, the northernmost region of Champagne, our nearly 5-hectare estate offers a diversity of soils that is ideal for innovation.
Building on the legacy passed down through six generations, we are now taking flight to craft our own wines and fully express the potential of our terroirs.
As winegrowers rooted in tradition, just like our ancestors, we allow nature and the alchemy of the elements to speak, creating unique cuvées.
OUR WINES
Our cuvées reflect the essence of our estate: diverse and authentic.
Aged and vinified in oak barrels, Rencontre is the result of a demanding approach to winemaking. It embodies our House and symbolizes the culmination of our journey towards independence.
Crafted from a blend that includes a Coteaux Champenois red Pinot Noir, vinified according to traditional Burgundian methods, Émulsion is a generous and surprising rosé Champagne. Designed for gastronomy, it earned us the Young Champagne Talent Award.
Respectively 100% Chardonnay, 100% Meunier and 100% Pinot Noir, Fraîcheur, Souplesse and Structure are the single-varietal cuvées of our range. Sourced from the same terroir, they express with sincerity the true identity of each grape variety.
As our wines depend entirely on the quality and balance of each harvest, some cuvées may not be produced every year—an intentional choice, guided by our commitment to excellence and respect for the fruit.
